On Tuesday, the Embry-Riddle softball team began the G-SAC Tournament with a come-from-behind win over Arizona Christian. Fast-forward to Thursday, and it was time for the Lady Firestorm to try and exact their revenge. They shut out the Lady Eagles 4-0, forcing the “if necessary” game to take place. Riddle attempted another late comeback and pulled to within one of ACU, but fell short 4-3 as the Lady Firestorm were crowned 2025 Great Southwest Athletic Conference champs.
