Wildfire Suppression System Proposed for Prescott’s Cathedral Pines Area

The Cathedral Pines neighborhood is taking some initiative to reduce the risk of a catastrophic wildfire in their area.

During Tuesday’s Prescott City Council study session, William Hartley, a representative of Cathedral Pines, said:

If implemented, the system is expected to be paid for with impact fees and grants. Cathedral Pines was nearly destroyed during the Indian Fire of 2002.
