Some awards got handed out at the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office banquet volunteer earlier this week. Steve Edgar received a Lifetime Achievement Award for his eleven years of service to the Volunteers in Protection Unit. Also getting a Lifetime Achievement Award was Mel Frisbee, who served 17 years with Search and Rescue and Detention Services.
Dee Dee Loll was also honored for her work as Volunteer Services Coordinator. She is retiring after 23 years with the Sheriff’s Office.
