Local scoreboard from yesterday, at the NAIA National Track and Field Meet in Indiana, Embry-Riddle’s Nick Logan and Zoe Tizard both finished 17th in the men’s and women’s 3,000 meter steeplechase respectively.
Jordan Mortensen will continue playing softball next season. The Chino Valley grad has committed to Paradise Valley Community College. Mortensen was an All 3A West Region honorable mention, hitting .255 with 16 runs scored.
