What’s going on with some former Yavapai College baseball players? Amari Bartee is on the roster for Hope International and helped them win the GSAC title. He’s hitting .346 with 14 home runs, 42 RBIs, 16 doubles, and 67 runs scored. Bartee was also named to the All-GSAC Team and the GSAC Gold Glove Team. At the NAIA World Series last Friday, Bartee scored two runs in Hope’s 10–4 win over the Cumberlands. In Monday’s game versus Louisiana State–Shreveport, Bartee went 1-for-4 in a 6–3 loss.
Ryan Pruitt is in the lineup for the University of South Florida. He’s batting .281 with five home runs, 41 RBIs, 11 doubles, and 31 runs scored.
Pierce Radke is wearing the uniform of the Erskine College Flying Fleet. He batted .319 with three home runs, 20 RBIs, eight doubles, and 32 runs scored.
