There is one way the City of Prescott could pave the way for more workforce housing to be built.
During this week’s council study session, Randy Goodman, who sits on the city’s Workforce Housing Committee, said:
Goodman said the city can also come up with pre-approved plans for workforce housing that fit with the community and make them available to developers to expedite construction.
