The Prescott Valley Town Council has a new member. At a special meeting Thursday night, Kymberli Lopez was selected to fill the seat vacated by Bill Williams, who resigned just a few months into his term. She will be sworn in at the council’s June 5th meeting and can choose to run in the August 2026 election to serve the remainder of Williams’ term.
Lopez explains why she wants to serve on the council:
Lopez is the current president of the Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo Board, past president of the Prescott Valley Chamber Ambassadors, and a past member of the CASA for Kids Board.
