A new season in a new conference with a new coach. That’s what’s in store for the Chino Valley football team in 2025. The Cougars are now in the 2A Conference, and coach Brandon Gschweng will lead them into battle for the first time August 22nd when they host Arizona Lutheran in the season opener.
Chino is home for the next two weeks — August 29th against Highland Prep and September 5th against Desert Star. On September 11th, the Cougars have their first Metro Three Region match-up at Cortez.
Chino is on the road again September 19th at Kingman Academy, then return home September 26th versus Scottsdale Christian. It’s back-to-back road trips after that — October 3rd at Bourgade Catholic and October 10th at Camp Verde.
The regular season concludes October 17th with a home game versus Fountain Hills.
