Ritz Crackers Recalled

A popular brand of crackers has been recalled. According to Yavapai County Community Health Services, Mondelēz Global has issued a voluntary nationwide recall of four carton sizes of Ritz peanut butter cracker sandwiches. The affected products include the eight, twenty, and forty-pack cartons of peanut butter cracker sandwiches—along with a twenty-pack variety pack.

Some individual packs may be incorrectly labeled as cheese flavored, posing a serious risk to people with peanut allergies. Consumers with peanut allergies should avoid these products. So far, there have been no reported illnesses in connection with these products.

If you have any of these Ritz products, either throw them out or return them to the store where you purchased them.
