Not much happened in the first quarter, as both Northern Arizona and San Antonio each had a touchdown. But a lot happened in the second quarter of Saturday’s contest—at least, a lot happened with the Gunslingers. They put up 28 points, while the Wranglers could only score seven points.
NAZ tried to mount a comeback in the fourth quarter but lost their final game of 2025, 49-30. Ramone Atkins had two touchdown throws and a touchdown run for the Wranglers. Arland Bruce IV and Kobe Smith both recorded touchdown catches. Kaleb Lowe had a touchdown run. Michael Hall kicked a 36-yard field goal. Darius Johnson and Mason Newton registered one sack apiece, and Bikembe Kearney had eight-and-a-half tackles.
Northern Arizona finishes the season with a record of 2-14.
