The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors Wednesday gave its approval to Phase Two of the Stringfield at Granite Mountain. The subdivision will consist of 30 single-family lots on 94 acres near the intersection of Pioneer Parkway and Williamson Valley Road.
County spokesman David McAtee tells The News:
The vote to approve Phase Two of the Stringfield was 4-1, with Supervisor Brooks Compton casting the lone dissenting vote.
