The Prescott Fire Department has a new man in charge of one of its divisions. Bill Hickey has been promoted to division chief of operations. He will oversee technical rescues, aviation rescues, hazardous materials, and drone operations.
Hickey is a 24-year veteran of the Prescott Fire Department. He has previously served as a fuel crew supervisor, a training officer, and a special operations coordinator.
