The Chino Valley Police Department will hold a citizen’s academy in September. Officials say the academy will include six sessions. Classes will be held every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. beginning September 3rd and ending September 24th. There will also be two Saturday classes on September 20th and 27th, from 8 a.m. to noon.
Topics include traffic enforcement, K-9 demonstrations, patrol operations, and school resource officers.
