EMS incidents are what the Prescott Fire Department responded to the most in 2024. According to the department’s annual report, that accounted for 78 percent of incidents fire personnel dealt with last year, coming to a total number of 8,545.
Also last year, the Prescott Fire Department was dispatched to 801 fire-related calls, 63 wildfires, and 195 hazmat incidents. Roughly ten percent of all calls to the department were for public assistance, constituting 1,027 incidents.
