It was one wet Thursday for Yavapai County.
According to the County Flood Control District, Prescott Country Club received 0.79 inches of rain. Kirkland got 0.59 inches, White Horse Ranch had a quarter-inch of rain, and Fain Lake received under a quarter-inch. Prescott Valley got 0.16 inches, Sierra Prieta had 0.12 inches, and Lynx Lake and Mingus Mountain both received 0.08 inches. Chino Valley, Pine Ridge Marketplace, Willow Lake, Watson Lake, Mayer, and Lake Montezuma all got 0.04 inches of rain.
Expect more rain today in the Prescott area as the National Weather Service is forecasting a 60-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms.
