An increase in the sale tax on manufactured buildings is on the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting of the Chino Valley Town Council. The council also considers a $250,000 contract with HR Green for a rewrite of the town’s zoning code, and an intergovernmental agreement with Yavapai County for emergency management and disaster services.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in Town Council Chambers at 202 North Highway 89.
