When you go to the Cracker Barrel in Prescott Valley, you will still see the same logo it’s had for years. The same with the one in Flagstaff and Kingman and everywhere else in the country. After a week of backlash, including criticism from President Donald Trump, the restaurant chain announced it is keeping its longtime logo.
A release from Cracker Barrel officials read, “We said we would listen, and we have. Our new logo is going away and our ‘Old Timer’ will remain.”
Cracker Barrel’s CEO Julie Masino had approved of a logo change removing the image of Uncle Hershel sitting next to a wooden barrel and replacing it with just the words “Cracker Barrel” against a plain yellow background.
