It was a wet Wednesday for several parts of Yavapai County.
According to the County Flood Control District, Prescott Heights, Fain Lake, and Yarnell all received 0.31 inches of rain. Chino Valley and Sedona both got just under a quarter-inch of rain. White Horse Ranch had 0.20 inches. Goldwater Lake, Thumb Butte, and Bagdad all received 0.12 inches. White Spar Campground and Big Chino Wash both got 0.08 inches, and downtown Prescott, Pine Ridge Marketplace, Willow Lake, Haisley Homestead, and Outer Loop Road all had 0.04 inches of rain.
More rain is expected today in the Tri-City area as the National Weather Service is forecasting a 70 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. In addition, Yavapai County is under a flash flood watch.
