Check with your local fire department to see if any type of burning is permitted. When driving, make sure no chains are dragging from your vehicle as they can produce sparks, and never throw cigarette butts out car windows.
The National Weather Service reports wind gusts could reach between 30 to 40 miles per hour Wednesday and Thursday.
