Dead Trees a Problem in Dewey-Humboldt

The lack of rain from this summer’s monsoon not only increased the fire danger, it also caused another problem . . . dead trees. This is especially true in Dewey-Humboldt.

Vivien Winneke, the chairwoman of the town’s Firewise Board, says:

Winneke made her presentation to the Dewey-Humboldt Town Council at its meeting Tuesday. Anyone with dead or dying trees on their property should enlist the services of a landscaping or tree removal service to get rid of them.
