There are a lot of ideas for what else should be built at Old Home Manor in Chino Valley. The town council discussed them at its study session Tuesday. Some of the projects in the works include a disc golf course, an off-road staging area, a trap and skeet shooting facility, and a demonstration garden. Town officials also say Old Home Manor could be used as housing for Yavapai College students and for a new town hall.
Currently, Old Home Manor is the location for the Chino Valley Equestrian Park, Compass Training Center, the town’s 9/11 Memorial, and Yavapai College facilities.
