More effort is needed to bring affordable housing to Prescott.
During Tuesday’s city council meeting, Rick Merritt, president and CEO of the consulting firm Pollack and Company, explained:
Merritt pointed out the labor participation rate in Prescott is 42 percent, while for the state as a whole it’s 60 percent. He added the median household income in Prescott is under $70,000.
