The Prescott Valley Town Council Thursday approved clarifications to the town’s Professional Art Program.
Recreation Manager Elyse Badal explains:
Eligible artists include those engaged in creating artwork on a full-time or part-time basis, art teachers, and participants in community art programs. The council approved the policy unanimously.
