For those in the Tri-City area seeking to attend one of the U.S. service academies, Congressman Eli Crane’s office is accepting nomination requests for the 2025 cycle. The nomination is a required step for students hoping to attend one of the nation’s five service academies, including West Point, the Naval Academy, and the Air Force Academy.
Each member of Congress can nominate up to fifteen students per open slot at an academy. Nominations do not guarantee appointment, but they are essential for consideration.
Eligible applicants must be high school students living in the Second Congressional District. The deadline to apply through Representative Crane’s office is September 30th.
