Their first three games ended in shutout victories. On Tuesday, the Prescott flag football team hauled the absolute zero cannon all the way up to Monument Valley, determined to make it four clean sheets in a row. The Lady Badgers were picking off the Lady Mustangs at will and came away with a 35-0 victory.
Maggie Maneely was doing it all on the field. She had three touchdowns three different ways – one on a catch, one off an interception, and one on a punt return. Maneely also had another interception. Brinkley Larson had two interceptions, and Ellie Richards had a pick. Rianna Aguilar rushed for two touchdowns.
The Lady Badgers are now 4-0 on the season, and have outscored their opponents 136-0. Prescott is back home Monday versus Mingus.
