A new apartment complex could be built on 15 acres of land across from Costco on Highway 69. The Prescott Planning and Zoning Commission votes on the matter at its meeting Thursday. Also on the agenda is a rezone of property on Ruth Street and Dameron Drive for use by West Yavapai Guidance Clinic.
The meeting begins at 9 a.m. in City Council Chambers at 201 North Montezuma Street.
