You learn how to better manage your water. The City of Prescott is hosting the “Eye on Water” event Friday at the City Hall parking lot at 201 North Montezuma Street.
The event features informational displays regarding the new water meter program. City utilities and water conservation staff will be on hand to help customers sign up for leak alerts through the Eye on Water program.
Leak alerts not only help prevent costly property damage, but also save money by catching problems early. Alerts can be sent via phone or email. Water conservation materials will also be available, and participants who sign up for alerts will receive double entries in a raffle for city swag and recreation parking passes. The event runs from 1 to 3 p.m.
