Local scoreboard from the weekend, in soccer, for the men, Yavapai College and Eastern Arizona played to a 1-1 draw. Women, Yavapai got shutout by Eastern Arizona 4-0.
Volleyball, Yavapai College dropped its two matches with Arizona Western 3-1 and 3-0. Morgane Breault posted 12 kills in the first match. Embry-Riddle got swept by both The Master’s and La Sierra 3-0. Alexis Creager made 34 digs in the two matches. Mayer lost to Joseph City 3-0.
At the Desert Twilight Cross Country Invitational, Prescott’s Will Townsend finished 20th in the boys race. Bradshaw Mountain’s Sara Harmon placed 40th in the girls race. Chino Valley’s Enzo Wiley was 47th in the boys race.
