The Prescott Valley Town Council Thursday gave the go-ahead for marijuana deliveries within town limits. The vote to approve the amendment was 6-1, with Councilwoman Kymberli Lopez casting the lone dissenting vote.
According to the amendment, the deliveries must be made to the person’s home and they must show a valid ID to take possession of the marijuana.
