Rain came through Yavapai County Sunday and into the overnight hours.
According to the County Flood Control District, Cottonwood received 0.47 inches of rain. Cordes Junction and Sedona both got 0.39 inches. Goldwater Lake had 0.35 inches. Mayer received 0.31 inches. White Spar Campground, Lynx Lake, and Mingus Mountain all got 0.28 inches. Willow Lake, Watson Lake, and Fain Lake all had just under a quarter-inch of rain. Downtown Prescott and Haisley Homestead both received 0.20 inches. Prescott Heights got 0.12 inches. Big Bug Mesa had 0.08 inches, and Outer Loop Road, Prescott Country Club, and Yarnell all received 0.04 inches of rain.
More rain is expected today in the Tri-City area as the National Weather Service is forecasting a 50-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms.
