The Prescott Police Department is putting more of an emphasis on traffic safety.
Chief Amy Bonney explains:
Chief Bonney pointed out that Prescott police officers handed out 386 traffic citations through August of this year, compared to 360 through August of last year. There were also 109 traffic accidents in Prescott through August of this year, compared to 101 through August of 2024.
