The Prescott Valley Parks and Recreation Department is moving forward with a new walking path along Jasper Parkway. Crews have started work on a six-foot-wide, 1,300-foot trail on the west side of the roadway.
The new path will connect the existing sidewalk on the north end of Jasper Parkway to the Summit Trail, creating a safer, more accessible route for walkers and cyclists. Once complete, the path will link the Summit and Iron King Trails, improving overall connectivity in the town’s trail network.
Work on the project is expected to wrap up by the end of November.
