The City of Prescott will conduct a water quality treatment at Watson Lake next week. The treatment is part of an ongoing effort to improve water clarity, reduce organic material, and control aquatic weeds and algae.
City officials say the process is safe for both drinking water sources and aquatic life. Lake access and recreational activities will continue as normal during the treatment period.
