Prescott officially has a new mayor. Cathey Rusing was sworn into office during Tuesday’s City Council meeting.

Also during Tuesday’s meeting, Mary Fredrickson, Jim Garing, and Jay Ruby were sworn in as new City Council members, replacing Brandon Montoya, Connie Cantelme, and Eric Moore.
