DUI arrests are on the rise in Chino Valley. Police reports show during fiscal year 2021–2022, which ran from July 1st to June 30th, 41 DUI arrests were made in the town. During the same period from 2024 to 2025, officers made 62 DUI arrests.

The Chino Valley Police Department urges everyone to not drive drunk. Either get a designated driver or call a taxi or ride share service.
