Some huge awards for local flag football players. Prescott’s Maggie Maneely was named the Grand Canyon Region Player of the Year, while her teammate, Rianna Aguilar, was selected as the Region Offensive Player of the Year.
The pair also made the All-Region First Team, along with Prescott’s Aubrey Kitahata, Olivia Raber, Lucy Zembick, Halle Terelak-Foster, and Mallory Walsh, and Bradshaw Mountain’s Taylor Morrison, Melanie Carranza, and Morgan Gosik.
Second Team honors went to Prescott’s Daria Young, and Bradshaw’s Bryannah Geise, Elizabeth Lewis, and Kimora Davis.
Receiving honorable mentions are Prescott’s Addie Brandon, Brinkley Larson, and Marley VanWormer, and Bradshaw’s Nyomi Astorga, Victoria Holliday, and Trista Polley.
Prescott’s Ryan Hart was named the Grand Canyon Region Coach of the Year.
