The NAIA women’s soccer national tournament resumes today, and Embry-Riddle is in the mix. They square off with William Carey University from Mississippi.
Coach Todd Poitras tells the news it should be quite the battle:
Embry-Riddle enters the contest with an 18-0-3 record. William Carey is 20-1, and has Karen Vilau, the Southern States Athletic Conference Player of the Year.
The national tournament takes place in Pensacola, Florida. The winner faces either Truett McConnell or Grace in the quarterfinals Thursday.
