Yavapai County Launches Public Health Survey

Yavapai County Community Health Services is asking residents to take part in a new outreach survey, now open through January 7.

The survey aims to measure public awareness and use of local health resources, including services offered by the Community Health Center of Yavapai.

Responses will help shape future health strategies, identify gaps in service, and improve outreach county-wide.

The assessment takes about ten minutes and is available in English and Spanish. All responses are anonymous and used only to improve public health services.

Residents can complete the survey online or by scanning the QR code with a smartphone. Paper copies are also available at all Yavapai County Library branches.

Officials say community input is crucial to ensuring health services meet local needs.
