Officials with the Prescott Valley Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating runaway juvenile Isaac Q. They say Isaac was last seen last Tuesday at his home on Yavapai Road. He is a 15-year-old male with dark brown hair. He has a scar on his cheek under his right eye and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and dark-colored shorts.
