Jesse Drew Moreno, also known as Jesse Drew Aguirre, is the featured fugitive on day three of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 program.
Moreno was convicted of transporting narcotic drugs, misconduct involving weapons, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed on seven years’ probation but has since failed to comply with the terms.
Moreno is described as 5-feet-6 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. His whereabouts are currently unknown, but his last known address was in the Phoenix area.
