It’s day twelve of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 program. Local law enforcement is putting Monique Barrozo in the spotlight.
The 40-year-old Barrozo was convicted of first-degree criminal trespassing, criminal damage, and two counts of disorderly conduct. She was placed on probation but has failed to follow the terms.
Barrozo is described as 5’4, 250 pounds, with dark hair. She has prior addresses in Dewey, Prescott Valley, and Prescott. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
