There is just one item on the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting of the Chino Valley Planning and Zoning Commission. They will consider a rezone of 390 acres of land near East Perkinsville Road from single-family residential to agricultural residential, with a request for a privately owned airfield.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in Town Council Chambers at 202 North Highway 89.
