After having some very competitive games against Mesa and Basha at the Lady Badger Winter Classic last weekend, it was back to laying some serious smackdown on their opponents for the Prescott girls basketball team.
They hosted Coconino Tuesday night, and it proved to be not much of a contest. The Lady Badgers pounced, trounced, and denounced the Lady Panthers 74–22. “Addie-cadabra,” Addie Prisciandaro posted 29 points for Prescott. Bella Abt amassed 16 points.
The win puts the Lady Badgers’ record at 13–3 on the season. They are also 2–0 in Grand Canyon Region play.
Prescott takes a very short road trip to Prescott Valley Thursday night for round one of the rivalry series with Bradshaw Mountain. That game tips off at 5:30 p.m.
The Lady Badgers are back home January 12 versus ALA Queen Creek.
