The Prescott Valley Town Council and Planning and Zoning Commission will sit down together for a joint meeting Thursday.
Mayor Kell Palguta says only one issue will be discussed:
The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Town Library Auditorium at 7401 East Skoog Boulevard.
