The playground equipment at Quailwood Park is getting an upgrade. Officials with Prescott Valley Parks and Recreation announced the park will be closed beginning today to allow for the removal of the existing equipment. They say installation and construction of the new equipment will begin next Monday.
The closure will only affect the playground area, and the rest of the park will remain open. All work is expected to be completed by the end of March.
