Tuesday night’s Prescott City Council meeting lasted more than five hours. The bulk of that time was taken up by discussion on plans for improvements to Highway 89. Some argued in favor of replacing the effluent pipeline and widening the roadway through the Dells. Others just wanted the pipeline replaced and the current two-lane highway to remain in place.
