A bronze sculpture to honor the legacy of Make-A-Wish founder Frank Shankwitz is getting closer to becoming a reality.
During Tuesday’s Prescott City Council meeting, a representative of the Wish Man Monument Project whose name was not given noted:
The monument will also have a boulder for its base.
