Energy and housing are the two main topics the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors and Planning and Zoning Commission will deal with at a joint meeting Thursday. Both groups will examine possible land use guidelines for data centers, battery energy storage systems, wind farms, and small modular reactors. Another item on the agenda is the draft of county subdivision regulations.
The meeting begins at 9 a.m. in the county’s Verde Valley Complex on 6th Street in Cottonwood.
