A road collapse in Camp Verde caused traffic delays Wednesday this afternoon. The Town of Camp Verde posted on its Facebook page that a section of Pearl Street near Quarterhorse collapsed alongside an adjacent irrigation ditch.
Crews performed temporary repairs to the roadway. A contractor will perform permanent repairs on the roadway beginning Monday.
