A noise ordinance will be considered by the Dewey-Humboldt Town Council at its meeting Tuesday. Also on the agenda are a new policy for fining code breakers, and a new policy on painting and setbacks for Conex boxes on residential properties.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in Town Council Chambers at 2735 South Highway 69.
